MRE IT Managed Services Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate self-starter with great interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics who will drive sales growth.

Our ideal candidate must be able to build rapport with prospects and customers, generate and close sales opportunities, and successfully manage client relationships.
• Setting and meeting sales goals
• Developing sales strategies
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company offerings
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person
• Visiting current and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective and existing clients
• Working collaboratively with functional and technical resources to discover and define requirements and build and present technology assessments, roadmaps, and solutions
• Answering client questions about services, products, prices, terms, and availability
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Preparing and sending proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Obtaining deposits and payments from clients
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and concerns
• Maintaining client records
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Building and maintaining a CRM database using Salesforce
• Following and managing the sales process
• Participating in sales team meetings
• Conducting all activity with integrity and professionalism
• Building and solution selling around On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid, IT infrastructures


Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:
You are a passionate self-starter with great interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics who will drive sales growth. You are able to build rapport with prospects and customers, generate and close sales opportunities, and successfully manage client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, technology, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of IT managed services sales experience
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
• Good listener and strong verbal and written communicator
• Excellent phone and presentation skills
• Ability to meet goals, work under pressure, and sustain a high level of activity
• Critical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability with willingness to take risks and try new approaches
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, networking, and CRM software
• Excellent time management, pipeline management and revenue management expertise
• Experience selling Microsoft IT solutions/portfolio
